BELLEVUE — James Beard award-winning chef Jason Wilson will open a new restaurant and bar in the expansion of Lincoln Square in downtown Bellevue.
The restaurant is expected to open in summer 2017 with a modern Pacific Northwest farmhouse theme.
Wilson is working with Graham Baba Architects on the design.
The bar will be on the ground floor of the W Bellevue hotel and the restaurant will be on the second floor.
Wilson's first restaurant was Crush, and he is a partner and executive chef at Miller's Guild at Hotel Max. He also runs his own culinary consulting business and catering company.
