ConcertoHealth

ConcertoHealth named Dr. Sundara Samavedi medical director for Washington state. ConcertoHealth has expanded its partnership with Molina Healthcare in Washington, and plans to open Concerto Care Centers in Lynnwood and Lakewood early next year, and eventually provide services in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. ConcertoHealth merges social work with care management to serve people in its clinics as well as their homes, and also has care teams for people in hospitals, nursing homes or other settings.
