Mercer Island

Noel Treat, Mercer Island city manager, is leaving the city to work as general counsel for Seattle Public Schools. He joined in 2012 as deputy city manager, and replaced city manager Rich Conrad in 2013. Treat was deputy superintendent for Seattle Public Schools.
