Greg Fox has been elected a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. Fox chairs Lane Powell's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Malcolm Lindquist, co-chair of the Financial Institutions Industry Team, was also named a fellow.
