Perkins Coie named four Seattle-based partners to leadership positions. David McShea is chair of the Executive Committee, succeeding Laura Neebling, who recently retired. Katie O'Sullivan leads the Commercial Litigation practice in Seattle, succeeding Tom Boeder. Colonel Betz is chair of the Trust & Estate Planning practice, succeeding Janis Cunningham. Amy Tucker is personnel chair of Trust & Estate Planning. The firm has 1,000 lawyers in 19 offices.
