Sound Transit

Sound Transit CEO Peter Rogoff said Rhonda Marie Carter has been named chief of staff. Carter is currently deputy chief of staff at the U.S. Department of Transportation, and served as White House liaison for the Department of Energy and special assistant to the White House counsel. She also worked for the University of Washington. Carter will start in mid-August.
