Liebelt

Washington Poison Center has a new medical director: Dr. Erica Liebelt, who will also serve as a clinical professor of pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She will provide medical oversight for poison information specialists at WAPC, and support education and outreach. She was a professor of pediatrics and emergency medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and co-medical director of the Regional Poison Control Center/Birmingham. Dr. Betty Chen and Dr. Matthew Valento have been serving as co-interim medical directors.
