Red Dot Corp., a global company based in Seattle that makes heating and air conditioning for commercial and military vehicles, has made some leadership changes. Rick McNamee is now CEO after joining as interim CEO last year. Steve Lach is chief operating officer and Artak Arakelian is vice president of operations. McNamee was CEO and president at Continental Circuits Corp. Lach was temporary VP of operations. Arakelian joins the firm from Precision Castparts. Red Dot focuses on construction, mining, agriculture, forestry, military, commercial freight and emergency vehicles.
