City of Fife

Fife City Council has appointed Councilmember Kim Roscoe as the new mayor, replacing Mayor Winston Marsh, who resigned Feb. 21 to focus on his health and family. Roscoe is the 13th mayor of Fife, and the first woman to hold that job since the city changed to a council and city manager style of leadership. She has been a city council member for 12 years.
