Russell Investments

Seattle-based Russell Investments hired Joseph “Joe” Linhares to oversee Europe, Middle East and Africa. He spent 16 years at BlackRock focusing on the EMEA region, and will be based in London. He has also worked at Citibank and JPMorgan.
