Skagit Bank promoted Peter Cutbill to chief lending officer, and hired Matt Carmichael as a new VP and commercial loan officer in the Ballard office. The bank has a new mortgage loan officer, Heather Lawler, in Arlington. Skagit Bank VP and branch manager Becky Taft was named the Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County Volunteer of the Year.
