Banner Bank promoted Jim McLean to executive vice president of the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division, filling the position vacated by Doug Bennett's retirement. McLean will lead a team of about 80 people in five states, including the Multifamily Lending Group, Commercial Real Estate Specialty Unit, Residential Construction and Income Property Divisions, and loan administration for the division.
