Seattle-based glassybaby has a new charitable giving program — baby grants — designed to let customers and the public help direct grants to local nonprofits. Since the inception of glassybaby in 1999, the company has donated 10 percent of sales to causes and nonprofits. Total giving is over $6.5 million. Month baby grants will be $1,000, $2,000 and $3,000. People can vote on the glassybaby Facebook page. Information is at http://blog.glassybaby.com.
