The national environmental law firm Beveridge & Diamond has opened an office in Seattle with five lawyers who were formerly with the law firm Riddell Williams, now Fox Rothschild. The lawyers joining Beveridge & Diamond as principals are David C. Weber and Loren R. Dunn. Emerson J. Hilton, Marshall R. Morales and Augustus (Gus) E. Winkes join as associates. Beveridge & Diamond now has 105 lawyers in eight U.S. offices. Weber and Dunn represent real estate developers, municipalities, engineering and construction firms, and other entities involved with contaminated property, environmental litigation and permit issues.
