Kim

Hyun Kim was appointed city manager of Fife by the Fife City Council, beginning Sept. 13. Current City Manager Subir Mukerjee is set to retire Sept. 12. Kim was finance director for Boulder City, Nevada, and town administrator for Afton, Wyoming. His career began in 2012 as community development director for Pinedale, Wyoming.
