Stokes Lawrence is expanding its real estate practice with attorneys Erin Howshar, Serena Sayani, Julia Osher Clark and David Rubenstein, and paralegals Sarah Prodzinksi and Kay Brittain. They were with McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren. Howshar and Sayani will lead the team. Both have worked on cross-border transactions and REIT formations, and complex property transactions across the United States. The firm has offices in Seattle and Yakima.
