Xtreme Consulting Group
Kirkland-based Xtreme Consulting Group, a professional recruiting firm, was bought by Digital Intelligence Systems of McLean, Virginia. Digital Intelligence provides contingent labor and IT solutions, with 33 offices worldwide. Xtreme has over 550 employees in the U.S. The deal is expected to close by May 11.
