F5 Networks
Francis “Frank” J. Pelzer joined Seattle-based tech company F5 Networks as executive vice president and CFO. Pelzer was president and COO of the Cloud Business Group at SAP, and CFO at Concur Technologies, which was acquired in 2014 by SAP.
