In Bothell, Essentia Water hired Eric Karp as senior director of brand engagement marketing and Mark Weikel as creative director. Karp has more than 15 years of marketing experience, with Tommy Bahama, Microsoft, Men's Journal and Vanity Fair. Weikel has more than 15 years of experience in creative work. He is overseeing the new in-house creative studio. He comes from Seymour Duncan, a guitar electronics company. Essentia bottles ionized alkaline water.
