Sterling Bank & Trust
Sterling Bank & Trust opened a branch in downtown Bellevue at 1100 Bellevue Way N.E., its first in the region. Seattle-based studio19 Architects designed the 2,100-square-foot branch to resemble an airport lounge, with aviation-themed art and desks covered with recycled aluminum fuselage panels. Dennis and Lisa Boses served as art curators. Sterling operates in three other metropolitan areas: San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.
