Van Winkle

The city of Redmond appointed Rachel Van Winkle as Parks and Recreation director and Jonny Chambers as Technology and Information Services director. Van Winkle has been interim Parks director since July. She joined the city in 2015 and previously worked for Seattle YMCA, and Apex Park and Recreation District in Arvada, Colorado. Chambers comes from the University of Washington and Microsoft.
