Thirteen attorneys from Foster Pepper have agreed to join the real estate and land use practice groups of Stoel Rives' Seattle office. They are: partners Beth A. Clark, Joe Delaney, John A. Fandel, Michael Kuntz, Colm Nelson, Chris Osborn, John Santa Lucia and Sabina L. Shapiro; of counsel attorneys Alexandra Kleeman, W. Adam Coady and Nathan Luce; and associates Hunter Jeffers and Emily Kelly. They represent investors, owners and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing. The group will start Feb. 1 at Stoel Rives, which operates 10 offices in seven states and D.C.
