Avalara
Seattle-based business tax software developer Avalara bought Compli, a provider of compliance services to the U.S. alcoholic beverage industry, based in Paso Robles, California. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Avalara has 12 offices around the world and employs over 1,500 staff.
