Stacey Brewster and Elizabeth Green-Taylor are new members of the Washington Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council, replacing Dennis Moss and Jaime Rossman. Brewster was appointed by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission as its representative on the council. She is a legal and library assistant at WUTC. Green-Taylor was appointed by the Washington Department of Commerce as its representative. She was on the council from 2013 to 2016, and works with the state's Bond Cap Allocation Program.
