Smith

King County Executive Dow Constantine appointed Rachel Smith as deputy executive. Smith joined the Executive Office in 2014 and will continue as chief of staff in addition to her new role. Before joining the county, she worked in government relations at Sound Transit and was a policy advisor to Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels.
