Brad Sholl is director of ice rink operations at Everett Community Ice Rink, which is run by Spectra Venue Management. Sholl managed ice rinks and oversaw hockey and skating programs for over 20 years in California, including a 16-year stint as general manager of Toyota Sports Center.
