Marchex
Seattle-based mobile advertising analytics company Marchex appointed Donald Cogsville to its board and Russell Horowitz as executive chairman. Cogsville is CEO of The Cogsville Group, a New York City-based private equity real estate investment firm. Horowitz was executive director at Marchex. Anne Devereux-Mills, who was board chair since 2016 and a director since 2006, retired from the board.
