Cigna
Global health service company Cigna named Ryan Kocher as president of its health care and related benefits plans in the Pacific Northwest market, which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Kocher will be based in Seattle. He joined Cigna in 2003 and was COO of the company's MidSouth market.
