Here are the winners of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business and Leadership Initiative Awards: Davis Wright Tremaine, Business of the Year; Graciela Gomez Cowger, CEO of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, Female Leader of the Year; and Madeleine Winslow, diversity and inclusion consultant with Mercer, Rising Star. Finalists for Business of the Year were Cortona Cafe and Perkins Coie. Finalists for Female Leader of the Year were Sue Anderson of CenturyLink and Janis Avery of Treehouse. Finalists for Rising Star were Alison Driver of The Trust for Public Land and Sage Ke'alohilani Quiamno of Future for Us.
