Williams

Dr. Joseph Williams is the new director of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory's Seattle office. Williams advised Gov. Jay Inslee for three years on tech industry policy. Before that, he was an executive with Microsoft and Sun Microsystems, and was dean of the School of Business, Government and Economics at Seattle Pacific University.
