In Bellevue, Puget Sound Energy named Mary E. Kipp as president. Kipp is CEO and president of El Paso Electric in Texas. Prior to joining El Paso Electric, she was a prosecuting attorney for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, a lawyer at El Paso Natural Gas Co. and a lawyer at Greenberg Traurig. At PSE, Kipp is expected to assume the additional role of CEO when Kimberly Harris retires from that position next January.
