National residential mortgage lender PrimeLending opened a new branch in Sandpoint, Idaho, and hired Pam Grutta as senior loan officer for it. Grutta was a senior loan officer at Flagstar Bank in Sandpoint and has over seven years of mortgage banking experience. The new branch is at 109 N. First Ave., Unit B, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.
