TJ's Gardens

Boca Raton, Florida-based Stem Holdings is acquiring Consolidated Ventures of Oregon and OPCO Holdings, which operate as cannabis grower and retailer TJ's Gardens. Stem will retain Eugene, Oregon-based TJ's employees and brands. The deal is valued at $12.5 million in Stem common stock and is expected to close by year end.
