Portland-based Avangrid Renewables is selling half its ownership in two Arizona wind and solar farms to Axium Infrastructure, an investment firm focused on core infrastructure assets with offices in Montreal, Toronto and New York City. The deal is expected to close later this year for $112 million. It includes the 65.1-megawatt Dry Lake II wind farm in Snowflake and the 20-megawatt Copper Crossing solar project in Florence.
