Murzynski

The National Institute for Government Procurement named Diane Murzynski its 2019 Buyer of the Year. Murzynski is purchasing coordinator at the city of Albany, Oregon, and immediate past president of the Oregon Public Purchasing Association. At the city, she helped select and implement a new financial system, as well as new policies, procedures and training for city employees using the system.
