Synesso
Middleby Corp. acquired Seattle-based Synesso, a designer and manufacturer of semi-automatic commercial espresso machines. Terms of the deal were not announced. Synesso has about $10 million in annual sales. Elgin, Illinois-based Middleby develops, manufactures, markets and services commercial and residential food service equipment.
