Wells Fargo and Co. is expanding its NeighborhoodLift program to the city of Portland and Multnomah County. Wells Fargo Foundation is making a $7.1 million philanthropic commitment to the Oregon program, which will create more than 270 homeowners by offering $20,000 down payment assistance grants.
