Woodinville-based Group14 Technologies received $18 million in financing from Amperex Technologies, Showa Denko, Cabot Corp., BASF Venture Capital and OVP Venture Partners. The new funds will be used to scale up manufacturing of Group14's next generation anode material for lithium-ion batteries.
