Craft Brew Alliance

In Portland, Craft Brew Alliance shareholders approved an agreement to merge with Anheuser-Busch. The deal, expected to close this year, allows Anheuser-Busch to buy the remaining CBA shares it does not already own for $16.50 per share in cash. CBA is a craft brewer consisting of Kona Brewing Co., Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Cisco Brewers, Omission Brewing Co., Redhook Brewery, Square Mile Cider Co., Widmer Brothers Brewing and Wynwood Brewing Co.
