No meetings for Tacoma projects

TACOMA — The city of Tacoma's Planning and Development Services announced that it is suspending the requirement for community meetings and is instead creating a 30-day written comment period.

According a press release from the city, the rule change is in response to Gov. Jay Inslee's “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, which prohibits public gatherings. The city says the rule change will end when the prohibition is lifted.
