Los Angeles-based Buchalter added four attorneys to its Seattle office: Harold E. Snow Jr., John B. Crosetto, Scott G. Warner and Paul M. Barba. All come from Foster Garvey PC. Snow is a shareholder and a member of Buchalter's corporate practice, as well as the tax, benefits and estate planning practice. He has over 40 years of experience, including an extensive estate planning background. Crosetto is a member of the intellectual property and litigation practice groups. He represents clients in matters involving trademark, trade secret, trade dress, false advertising and unfair competition. Warner also is working in the intellectual property practice. He helps start-ups, nonprofits and public companies register, protect or sell their intellectual property. Barba is a member of the tax, benefits and estate planning practice. He focuses on international tax, crossâ€border investments and reorganizations, trusts, estate planning, expatriations and IRS disputes.
