Defense technology company Anduril Industries is opening an office in Seattle and seeking engineers to work in it. Founded in 2017 in Irvine, California, Anduril develops hardware and software centered around Lattice, an AI backbone allowing for real-time information analysis across a range of products. Customers include the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.K. Ministry of Defense. One of its founders is Palmer Luckey, founder of Oculus VR and designer of the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset.
