Comcast last week opened a new 4,500-square-foot store in Salem, Oregon, at 831 Lancaster Drive N.E. in Willamette Town Center. It replaced an old store about a mile away on Lancaster. The new store will employ 20 and will be open seven days a week. The first 30 minutes of normal business hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be prioritized for those over 60 years old and others at increased risk. Comcast says it has been transforming its customer centers across the country to make the experience better and more convenient.
