Dave Rudat is the new city manager of Sammamish. Rudat joined the city in February as interim manager. He has nearly 40 years of leadership and management experience in local and county governments, with a decade as city manager of Orange, California. The city of Sammamish also promoted Lita Hachey to city clerk, replacing Melonie Anderson, who retired after 20 years with the city. Hachey has worked at the city for 17 years, starting in the Public Works department and later moving to the City Clerk's office.
