Paris Baguette

Global bakery-cafe chain Paris Baguette plans to open two restaurants in Portland, its first stores in Oregon. The Portland cafes will be franchised to a group led by Jay Chun that has retail and restaurant experience in the Rose City. Locations and opening dates were not disclosed. Paris Baguette has over 4,000 corporate and franchised cafes around the world, with over 80 in the U.S., many in California.
