The Downtown Seattle Association has 10 new board members: Susan Boyd, CEO of Bellwether Housing; Ben Franz-Knight, a partner at Shiels Obletz Johnsen; Phillip Greany, marketing director and director of business development for Mortenson's Pacific Northwest operations; A-P Hurd, founder of Skipstone; Jesse Ottele, executive managing director at Newmark Knight Frank; Jeffrey Roh, CEO of IntuitiveX; Brian Surrat, assistant vice president of real estate development and community relations for the Seattle office of Alexandria Real Estate Equities; Raymond Tymas-Jones, president of Cornish College of the Arts; Maria Chavez Wilcox, CEO of YWCA Seattle; and Rick Yoder, owner of Wild Ginger. Board members serve three-year terms.
