SMCC represents 2,600 companies and a regional workforce of approximately 750,000. At Lane Powell, Davis co-chairs the Corporate, Securities and M&A Team and counsels clients on U.S. and cross-border transactions. She also serves as a board member for the Association of Washington Business and World Trade Center Seattle.
