Kirkland-based Tanium, a provider of endpoint management and security for IT environments, has been named to FORTUNE Magazine's 2021 list of Best Large Workplaces for Millennials. This marks Tanium's second consecutive appearance overall, and first in the large company category. The Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 5.3 million current employees. Using analytics and confidential employee feedback, Great Place to Work selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age and disability status. Since March 2020, Tanium has added nearly 1000 employees, bringing its global headcount to 2,000 employees. The company decentralized its operations, with full-time employees now working in 48 of the 50 US states.
