Marten Law added Ana Nina to its Seattle office and Lawson Fite to its Portland office. The firm also announced that it is expanding on the East Coast, with the addition of James Pollack in Boston and Jack Lyman in Washington, D.C. Nina is an associate and holds a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. She worked for many years as an environmental lawyer in Brazil, and taught law in the U.S. and Brazil. At Marten, she counsels clients in business transactions and regulatory enforcement matters. Fite is a partner and co-chairs the firm's natural resources practice. He has over 15 years of experience working in private practice and for several years was chief counsel of a timber trade association. He earned his J.D. at Harvard Law School.
