SEATTLE — King County announced yesterday that, as of March 1, it is lifting the local health order requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry into indoor recreational settings or outdoor events.
King County Executive Dow Constantine made the announcement yesterday on behalf of Public Health – Seattle & King County, saying that new COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are decreasing, and over 87% of county residents over age 12 are fully vaccinated.
